the size of the family room was perfect for our needs, offering plenty of space, and the cleanliness was excellent. the tea and coffee making facilities were a welcome addition, i also appreciated the central location of the hotel, so convenient! i found available on-street parking after 5pm near the hotel, that was a plus.
I was a little disappointed with the building's exterior. The hotel sign had some missing letters and it could use some maintenance.

The family room featured fresh linens and towels. I especially appreciated the extra biscuits provided, so thoughtful! the colour scheme in the room was quite lovely, with a john lewis cushion that added a touch of elegance.

the hotel is in the center, near the promenade, this made exploring the surrounding area easy and enjoyable. i found the music outside coming from the bar to be quite pleasant, it contributed to the overall atmosphere.
